Since I published my last article “Reunited with green eyes“, a few extra details popped up.

Patita Pravana from Bulgaria, Srila Prabhupada’s disciple and a great friend of Indradyumna Swami,  commented on Facebook that Green eyed girl Varsarani devi dasi actually got married few months back. So, she is no longer “young, unmarried, female assistant”, technically, she is “young, female assistant”. We hope that she will settle down with her husband and have some children. We also hope that next russian translator for Indradyumna Swami will be male.

Devotee who initially reported video from the previous article to me also shared his thoughts which I find very interesting and therefore I am sharing them here:

Thank you. I hope he learns from it. If his well wishers don’t fix the situation around him then who will do? Somebody over there could easily tell maharaj in person to keep distance from the female disciple if he doesn’t have sense. He definitely gets disturbed by these criticisms. But even Mahaprabhu said Sanyasis will be criticized by all for improper behavior. Which means they need to be exemplary. I was in Ukraine one time for Bhakti Sangam festival and all English lectures were been translated in Russian. And I didn’t see a single female translator translating for anybody. I don’t mind maharaja’s female disciple translating for him, but at least he should be offered a higher platform to sit or the female translator should maintain enough distance. I hope Maharaja learn the vedic way properly and don’t dilute things or the graveness of Sanyas ashram. Thank you so much for doing this. Maybe you should add a nice message the next time that Maharaj, we are your well wisher and we are humbly requesting you not to be so close with women. No one around you will tell you so we are doing. We want your followers to learn proper vedic standard.

I don’t know if I’ll get reactions for finding fault, but my intention was so that he changes his behavior. He does such wonderful preaching, if he changes these things it’d be so wonderful.

One time, many years ago, I was with one Prabhupad disciple, serving him. He is a grihastha. Some mataji wanted to speak to him. We were in Prabhupad’s room. I realized mataji was hesitating to share in front of me. Being neophyte and trying to be humble I left the room. I didn’t want to listen to anyone’s personal problem. That prabhupada disciple immediately came out of the room chastising me why I left him in a room alone with a mataji. It is very dangerous. I should never do it. That prabhupada disciple is a grihastha. My respect for him went sky high. I learned there are people who learned the proper way of conduct.

Conclusion

As suggested, I am making a statement to Indradyumna Swami: We are your well wisher and we are humbly requesting you not to be so close with women. No one around you will tell you so we are doing. We want your followers to learn proper vedic standard.
